Uganda Case Study: Girls’ Education Movement Clubs, 2025

This case study from the Uganda Multi-Year Resilience Programme showcases how Girls’ Education Movement Clubs empower girls and engage boys as allies to challenge harmful gender norms and promote girls’ education. Integrated into schools across refugee-hosting districts, the initiative builds leadership, confidence and agency among learners while mobilizing communities to support sustainable and inclusive access to quality education.
