PLAN – Uganda Case Study Cover

This case study from the Uganda Multi-Year Resilience Programme showcases how Girls’ Education Movement Clubs empower girls and engage boys as allies to challenge harmful gender norms and promote girls’ education. Integrated into schools across refugee-hosting districts, the initiative builds leadership, confidence and agency among learners while mobilizing communities to support sustainable and inclusive access to quality education. This case study is part of the Global Review and Learning Brief developed by Plan International UK under Education Cannot Wait’s Gender Acceleration Facility.
