Education Cannot Wait Wins Prestigious SIIA EXCEL Award for its Website

Education Cannot Wait (ECW), the United Nations global fund for education in emergencies and protracted crises, is proud to announce that it has been honored with the esteemed SIIA EXCEL Award for the redesign of its official website. This recognition highlights ECW's commitment to excellence and leadership in the industry, showcasing its dedication to providing quality education for children affected by crises worldwide.

The EXCEL Awards, presented by the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA), are widely recognized as a benchmark for excellence and leadership in the field of media, publishing, marketing, and communication. Each year, the EXCEL Awards celebrate organizations that have demonstrated outstanding editorial and design achievements.

ECW's website won the bronze in the category of web redesign at the EXCEL Award Gala ceremony held in Washington DC. ECW’s website redesign project was carried out in collaboration with Vardot, a leading global web solutions provider, and aimed to enhance the user experience and accessibility of the platform. The revamped website provides a seamless and intuitive experience for stakeholders, including donors, partners, and advocates, enabling them to access critical information about ECW's work and contribute to the global movement for education in emergencies.
