Understanding the Fund’s Added Value presents Education Cannot Wait (ECW)'s unique proposition to deliver quality education to the children and youth left furthest behind in emergencies and protracted crises. This brief shows ECW’s efforts to do so through less bureaucracy and more accountability, bridging relief to development and translating the World Humanitarian Summit’s vision into action.
