ECW’s Strategic Plan 2027 - 2030

ECW’s third Strategic Plan covers the period 2027–2030. The plan describes how ECW will build on lessons and evidence from its first decade of operations, while streamlining its investment model and renewing its commitment to the most vulnerable children and adolescents—delivering education that is rapid, safe and inclusive.

The plan sets out ECW’s strategic direction in response to a rapidly evolving global context. As needs grow and funding shrinks, it articulates a more agile, locally led and effective approach to education in crises. It also outlines ECW’s programmatic priorities, investment model and approach to delivering results at scale.
