The Education Cannot Wait (ECW) Multi-Year Resilience Programme (MYRP) for Libya works to improve access to inclusive, equitable quality education for internally displaced, returnee, refugee and host community children impacted by conflict and instability. The programme includes child-safeguarding trainings, mental health and psychosocial support, community engagement and extensive trainings to strengthen the learning environment. The proposal includes programme objectives, theory of change (TOC) reports, success indicators, partnership efforts, evaluation criteria and financial plans in alignment with ECW's commitment to accountability and success.
