Amid escalating conflict, climate disasters, and forced displacement, global education funding is falling short – leaving 234 million crisis-affected children without access to quality learning. This powerful Call to Action, launched at the International Education in Emergencies Conference – hosted by Finn Church Aid and the University of Helsinki and endorsed by key partners including UNICEF, INEE, Plan International and Save the Children – urges public and private donors to recognize education as a life-saving intervention.

Education is not a luxury; it is a shield of protection, a source of healing, and a vital investment in global stability.
